Return Policy

We accept replacement or refund for the following reasons :

1. Shipping error
2. Damage goods
3. The wrong size (for example: you order a pair of shoes size Eu40, but we send you the wrong size for the Eu41!). We process the return or exchange.

You must return the package in 5 days with new and unused condition after you receive the package(s).

We pay the return postage if you receive wrong goods or the goods have quality problem. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Please pay for return shipping fee, if you choose the wrong size, or you do not like the merchandise.

The credit card refund needs different time according to the bank of your card. If you are in the remote area or your card from a small bank, the time may be longer.


Exchange Policy

Please contact us with your name and order email and order number when you want to exchange different size or color within 5 days. If you want to exchange other styles, you have to pay price spread. Also you must contact our cusomer service, they will help you.All exchange products, must keep their original condition, and are not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. You have to pay shipping fee and handling fee as well.
